Tools For Team Captains
Team Captains can find TeamMS Tools on this Web site. The TeamMS Tools are easy ways to get statistics, search for team members and collect team rosters.
A Web site login to the TeamMS Tools is available upon request at biketothebeach@ms150.org. Simply tell us your team’s name and request access to TeamMS Tools. We will verify your Team Captain status and issue a login via e-mail. We take riders' privacy seriously, so please allow from three to five business days for verification.
Once the login is provided, Team Captains have complete access to their team's roster information 24 hours a day. With TeamMS Tools, captains can:
- View summary statistics
- Search or browse rosters for specific team members
- View an individual team member’s record, including fund raising after the Tour
- View the entire roster
- Easily send e-mails to your entire team
Team Captains also get access to team members' contact and fund-raising information. This makes it easy to track your team. By viewing the entire roster, Team Captains can easily “select all” and “copy and paste” your roster into programs like Microsoft Excel or Word. If you do not have access to your team roster, contact TeamMS Coordinator Lisa Dannenbaum Shaw at lshaw@nmsslonestar.org to arrange access.
